STD Awareness Campaign

It’s no surprise that sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) remain a significant public health risk, especially for young people aged 15-24. Nearly 20 million new STDs occur every year in the United States, accounting for billions of dollars in health care costs. By the age of 25, 1 in 2 young adults will have an STD. Correct and consistent use of protection/ condoms in combination with regular testing is proven to be highly effective in reducing STD transmission.
